19A NCAC 06B .0403      ELIGIBLE GRANTEES

The following organizations shall be eligible to apply for Rail Industrial Access Funding:

(1)           Municipal and county governments;

(2)           Non-profit or for-profit community development organizations;

(3)           Railroads; and

(4)           Industries.
